Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide flexible and transparent refund rules. Please review the following carefully.
1. Cancellation by Traveler
Cancellation fees depend on the time before departure:
- More than 45 days before departure: Full refund minus service/payment gateway fee
- 30–45 days before departure: 50% refund
- 15–30 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Additional costs (visa fees, insurance, flight tickets, hotel bookings) may be non-refundable based on supplier policies.
2. No-Show Policy
Travelers who fail to appear on the travel date will receive no refund.
3. Partial Refunds
Partial use of services (missed tours, meals, transfers) is not refundable.
4. Cancellation by Company
If we cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide:
- Full refund (minus service charges/payment gateway fee), or
- Reschedule/Alternate tour at traveller's choice.
We are not responsible for additional losses (e.g., flight rebooking, hotel fees).
5. Refund Processing Time
Refunds will be processed within 7–21 working days to the original payment method.
